Educational purpose and service boundaries

The website and program provide general instruction about public federal regulations and public decisions. They do not provide legal or medical advice, individual claim analysis, claim preparation or filing, or representation before VA. Do not rely on the program to manage a claim, preserve a deadline, or determine eligibility.

Inquiries and appointments

Submitting an inquiry, contacting a coach, or requesting scheduling information does not create an attorney-client, medical-provider, or accredited-representative relationship. It does not confirm an appointment, enroll you, or authorize a charge. A session or enrollment is confirmed only through the business's separate confirmation process.

Enrollment, fees, cancellation, and refunds

Before any payment is requested, the program's scope, deliverables, schedule, and fee will be stated in writing. Review that information and the applicable enrollment agreement before deciding to purchase.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions must be provided with the proposed enrollment terms before payment. This website does not establish a blanket no-refund policy or promise that every payment is refundable. If the applicable conditions are unclear, request them in writing before paying. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact details and information you are authorized to share. Keep medical records, government identifiers, login credentials, service records, and claim documents out of inquiry channels. You remain responsible for your own decisions and deadlines; consult VA or an appropriate accredited representative for assistance with an individual claim.

Acceptable use of the website

Do not use this site to submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, send spam, introduce malicious software, seek unauthorized access, or interfere with the service or other users. Do not submit another person's private information without authority. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service.

Website and instructional materials

Original branding, website content, and instructional materials may be protected by intellectual property law. Except as permitted by law or an applicable license, obtain permission before redistributing or commercially reusing those materials. We do not claim ownership of public-domain federal regulations or government materials merely because we reference them.

External links and forms

Links to official sources or external services are provided for convenience. Those services may have their own terms, privacy notices, availability, and accessibility features. Use of a linked or embedded HubSpot form is also subject to the notices applicable to that service. A link to a government source does not imply that the government endorses Veteran Centrix.

Changes and questions about these terms

Updated website terms will be identified by the date displayed with them. Changes to website terms do not by themselves rewrite an existing signed enrollment agreement. Contact the business if you have a question about a term, a proposed purchase, or a service concern.
