Frequently Asked Questions

Learn what the program covers, what it does not provide, and what to expect before deciding whether to enroll.

What is Veteran Centrix?

Veterans Solutions & Security Services LLC dba Veteran Centrix is a private provider of Disability Benefits Education Services. The program teaches people how to read published federal regulations and public Board of Veterans Appeals decisions.

Instruction explains public sources and general concepts. It is not a review of an individual claim, medical history, or entitlement to benefits.

Are you part of VA or a government agency?

No. Veteran Centrix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or another government agency. Our branding does not indicate government approval.

Will you prepare, file, or manage my claim?

No. We do not prepare, present, or prosecute VA claims; complete or submit VA forms; review individual claims files or medical records; or represent claimants before VA. For help with your own claim, contact VA or a VA-accredited representative.

What will I learn?

The curriculum covers the structure of published regulations, general evidence standards, and how to find and read public Board decisions. Instruction uses public materials to explain terminology, organization, and reasoning. It does not recommend a strategy for an individual claim.

What does a program coach do?

A program coach guides instruction in the stated curriculum and answers general educational questions. The coach role does not mean that the person is acting as your attorney, medical professional, or VA-accredited representative. Contacting a coach does not create a representation relationship.

Can you guarantee a rating increase or benefit award?

No. We do not predict or guarantee eligibility, service connection, a rating percentage, an effective date, an award amount, or a processing time. VA decides claims under the applicable rules and evidence. An example discussed in class does not predict the result of another case.

What does the program cost?

The scope, schedule, deliverables, and fee are provided in writing before any payment is requested. Ask for the terms that apply to your proposed enrollment, including any cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you, reserve a session, or authorize a charge.

Can I get help with my claim for free?

Yes. VA-accredited Veterans Service Organization representatives provide assistance with VA benefit claims at no cost. Accredited attorneys and claims agents may charge fees in circumstances permitted by VA; ask about fees before appointing a representative. You do not need to buy our program to use public VA resources or seek accredited assistance.

Are the materials available without buying the program?

Yes. Federal regulations, official VA guidance, and published Board decisions are available from public sources. Our educational service adds instruction and structure; it does not provide exclusive access to government information.

How do I ask about the program or a coach?

Use the contact options provided on the website. Include your name, a way to reach you, your state of residence, and a general topic or the coach you wish to contact. An inquiry starts a conversation about the program; it is not a confirmed appointment or enrollment.

What should I leave out of an inquiry?

Do not include Social Security numbers, VA file numbers, dates of birth, login credentials, medical records, diagnoses, service records, decision letters, or details of an individual claim. A general topic, such as understanding how regulations are organized, is enough.

How is my inquiry information handled?

The Privacy Policy explains inquiry information, service providers, communications, and privacy requests. When you use a HubSpot form, HubSpot processes the submission as part of providing the form and contact-management service. Read the notice shown with the form before submitting.

For program questions, questions about these pages, or a privacy request, contact the business using the details below. Do not send medical records or claim documents.
